📜 Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SmartOne IPTV (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

📺 About the App

SmartOne IPTV is a media player application that allows users to stream IPTV content from third-party IPTV service providers using M3U playlists or Xtream Codes credentials provided by those services.

We are not responsible for the legality, quality, or availability of any content provided by third-party IPTV services.

✅ Acceptable Use

You may use SmartOne IPTV only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App to stream or access content without proper authorization or subscription from the content provider
• Distribute, resell, sublicense, or share access to the App in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law
• Circumvent any content protection measures
• Use the App to store or transmit any malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

💳 Purchases & Subscriptions

SmartOne IPTV offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions ("Pro") managed through Apple's App Store via RevenueCat.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support for refund inquiries.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with reasonable advance notice.

🤖 AI Chat Feature

The App includes an AI-powered chat assistant. By using the AI Chat feature, you acknowledge:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or complete
• Do not rely on AI responses for critical decisions
• Do not input sensitive personal or financial information into the chat
• AI conversations may be processed by third-party AI providers
• We reserve the right to suspend AI chat access if misused

🧠 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, code, and branding, is the exclusive property of SmartOne IPTV and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.

⚠️ Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free
• We are not responsible for any content streamed through third-party IPTV services
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Stream quality and availability depend entirely on your internet connection and third-party IPTV provider

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

🔒 Account Security

Your IPTV credentials (username, password, server URL) are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your IPTV credentials
• All activities that occur under your IPTV account
• Immediately notifying your IPTV provider of any unauthorized use

📝 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms when changes are made.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

🚫 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
